In-Home Consultation
We start with a visit to your home to understand your space, style, and goals. Your Design Consultant listens closely and helps shape a clear vision for your kitchen, bathroom, or basement.
Design
Our in-house designers create a detailed plan using 3D design software, allowing you to see your space and refine the layout before construction begins.
Material Selection
You’ll select finishes, colors, and materials in our showroom with guidance from your designer, so every detail is coordinated and clearly defined upfront.
Product Ordering
We order, receive, and inspect all materials. Your project does not begin until everything has arrived, helping prevent delays or surprises.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Before installation, your designer and lead installer review the project with you, confirm measurements, and finalize the schedule.
Installation
A dedicated lead installer manages your project from start to finish. The same professional is on site each day, ensuring consistency, care, and minimal disruption.
Installation Inspection
Your installer walks through the project with you to address any adjustments and coordinate required inspections.
Final Walkthrough
We review the completed space with you, provide care instructions, and make sure every detail meets expectations.

Since 1993, Kevin has successfully designed and managed 1000’s of Kitchen, Bathroom and Basement remodeling projects in the Miami Valley all while maintaining a satisfaction rating of over 97%. Over the years, Kevin’s projects have been featured in Better Homes and Gardens Magazine, Country Living Magazine, House Trends Magazine and on numerous blogs and online posts. With his many years of experience, Kevin has become adept at assisting his clients in designing their Kitchen, Bathroom or Basement Project to fit their taste, budget and lifestyle. Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, rooting on the Browns, Reds and Fighting Irish, and playing the drums.

Josie earned a degree in marketing at Ohio University in 2021. After college she started her career in marketing sales, specializing in SEO and then moved right into creating full funnel marketing campaigns for local businesses. She now serves as the director of marketing for Craftsmen Home Improvements.
